Managing the Membership
Once you have logged in, click on ‘User Management’ – make sure you don’t inadvertently click the sub-menu item ‘Active/Inactive user list’.
You should see this screen:
Add a Member
Click on the ‘Add’ button and you will get the following question:
Click ‘Cancel’ and the following screen should be shown:
Fill in all the fields and make sure there is a tick against ‘Registered’ and that the status is set to ‘Active’.
Then press the ‘Save’ Button.
Delete a Member
Click on the ‘Delete’ Button and the following page should show:
Search for a member by overwriting ‘search here’ with part of their name.
Put a tick against their name and click the ‘Delete’ button.
Block and unblock users in the same way as deleting them.
To get a pdf version of the list of all members click the ‘pdf’ button.
To export all members and their details in a ‘comma separated’ file click the ‘csv’ button.
